Please take a look to see what class might be for you! Classes are taught out of 5 GoodLife Fitness studios, Ocala Winery & Orchard, Valentia Church, Live With Spirit, and Curves Whitby. During summer months we use 3 outdoor event spaces - Dockside Whitby, Cobourg Beach, & Heber Down Conservation Area. During the autumn and winter months, these classes have been brought inside to different locations.

All levels welcome to all classes.

Don't be hesitant to try something new if you are looking for another program other than yoga. Classes also offer Pilates, Barre, and Barre Unhitched. Allow for change in your life, release attachments, and accept that growth is created through learning - sometimes you have to pass that comfort zone! 

Gentle Flow Yoga 

Mondays

A morning gentle flow sequence created using beginner postures and simple transitions. Join the fun environment with a group of individuals holding postures to strengthen and awaken the muscles, and also hold in deep stretches to relax muscle tissue leaving you feeling calm, restored, and ready for the week ahead. Beginners welcome as modifications are always given. You do not need to be a member to join this class. Showers, infrared sauna, and change rooms available at NO additional cost. 

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

An evening gentle flow, Ashtanga vinyasa based practice holding postures to strengthen and awaken the muscles, and also hold in deep stretches to relax muscle tissue leaving you feel calm, restored, and ready for a good nights rest. Beginners welcome as modifications are always given. Must be a GoodLife Fitness gym member. Towel and showers provided if included in your membership.

SoulBody Barre - Unhitched

Choreographed ballet barre, pilates, and yoga to upbeat great tones! In this class we use a weighted body barre 6 lbs or 9 lbs, air balls, and elastic bands! 11 tracks compressed of a warm-up, plank/push-up, upper body (shoulders/biceps/triceps), core, mid-class stretch, thighs, thigh stretch, glutes, and a final stretch. Must be a GoodLife Fitness Member to join. Memberships available for this studio in particular or multiple GoodLife Fitness gyms.

Yoga at the Church

Yoga at the Church is run for the Little Britain/ Valentia community at the Valentia Church. Surrounded with a warm, welcoming community, come and enjoy this evening in a circle setting with candles and that cozy 'at home' feeling of joy and happiness. Reconnect with yourself and sometimes even those around you through laughter as you work through a 1 hr gentle flow to awaken and restore the body. 

Pilates on the Ball

Pilates on the Ball is run for the Little Britain/ Valentia community at the Valentia Church. A class done to uplifting music with a mix of low-intense cardio, ball weight muscle conditioning and strengthening, mixed with stretching inspired by yoga. A pilates ball and mat are used as props, please bring your own or however there will be a few spares. Beginners welcome as modifications are always given.
