31 Day Challenge

The 31 Day Challenge is intended to get you on track to better your health, wellness, and fitness for the New Year. Start 2025 with your mind, body, and spirit as top priority. The 31 Day Challenge has two part, the 31 Day Challenge Program (Online Portion) and classes taken. Each day you will have the opportunity to surprise yourself, that anything is possible. The online portion gives you a challenge everyday where you will learn a helpful tip for better health and wellness and be given a task (5-10 minutes daily) to keep you on track. Join BBY for both the 31 Day Challenge Program online portion and by taking classes, or take on the challenge of just one portion! How can you join? • NEW OR RETURNING TO BBY (12 months or longer): Join unlimited classes for the month of January on 1 Month of Bliss $99 + tax. 31 Day Challenge Online Program included. Pick start date Jan 1st. • RETURNING TO BBY NOT ON A PLAN (Less than 12 months): Purchase the 31 Day Challenge and 1 Month of Unlimited classes for $169 + tax. • ON A CLASS PASS OR BLISS PACK (Non Unlimited Plan Holders): Purchase the online program 31 Day Challenge for $39 + tax. This program includes a challenge every day with a helpful health and wellness tip (5-10 minutes daily). Option: put current plan for Jan on hold and purchase the 31 Day Challenge and 1 Month of Unlimited classes for $169 + tax. • BBY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP HOLDERS: 31 Day Challenge is included! Just simply sign up online or on the BBY App. • 31 DAY CHALLENGE ONLY: Purchase the online program 31 Day Challenge for $39 + tax. Rewards: For the month of January, every class you take gets you a ballot into the draw to win a free Monthly Membership in February! If you do 30 days of classes, your ballots are doubled to 60 and the chances are in your favour! (One missed day allowed). But remember, it only takes one to win! Badges are added to your file after the 31 Day Challenge for participation, completion, or 4th year completion.
