Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a rigorous style of yoga that follows a specific sequence of postures and is similar to vinyasa yoga, as each style links every movement to a breath. Vinyasa Sun Salutations will be in this class. Ashtanga always performs the exact same poses in the exact same order. Ashtanga focuses on breath, gaze, bandhas, and postures. Each pose will be held for 5 breaths. This class is taught to beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Please remind the teacher if you are a beginner as modifications will be given.

Barre Unhitched - SoulBody

SoulBody Barre is a pre-choreographed total-body workout with ballet inspired movement, cardio surges, yoga poses in stretches, and moves derived from pilates. Workout to upbeat, great tones! Target all muscle groups in plank/push-up tracks, shoulder/bicep/tricep tracks, core tracks, thigh & glute tracks. This class is for everyone with modifications to assist all.

Dance Flow Yoga

Learn, practice, and memorize a dance flow inspired with Yoga poses. This community inspired class is not your typical Yoga flow, there will be breaks in between class to dissect each pose within the movement, followed by transitions in the flow, then practiced all together as one. Nrityasana is best to take consecutively for a stronger practice. This class is for all levels and no equipment is required.

Relax, unwind, and destress with virtual community for an hour class of Hatha Yoga. Work through a warm up to calm the mind and prepare for practice. Give the physical body what it needs, working through the neck, spine, and deep hip openers as I take you through postures to stretch and create body awareness. Cool down in the present moment and take all the time you need as you rest into your meditative state right in the comfort of your home.

LIIT Yoga

LIIT is a workout that will build endurance and strengthen the body through low impact cardio sequences and body weight training exercises. The second half of the class is yoga to stretch what you just worked. The class is taught barefoot, creating strength in your foundations...the feet.  Just bring yourself, your energy and your mat for this 'One and Done' workout!

Nidra Yoga (Candle Light)

In Yoga Nidra, you are lying down in Savasana the entire practice, also known as Yogic sleep. The goal is to move into a deep state of conscious awareness sleep, which is a deeper state of relaxation with awareness. Cultivate conscious relaxation, ease ongoing stress and anxiety, and feel your body melt away into a soothing state of being. Similar to a meditation, the instructor will guide you through a script and entire layers to reach your true self.

Pilates Flow is a medium intense full body workout. Inspired by the classic Pilates repertoire, you are going to be moving through various combos and variations that will not only strengthen, tone, and sculpt your muscles but mobilize your joints. This class focuses on core integrity, deepening your mind to muscle connections, and includes breath work cues and a mini meditation to help centre you in your practice.

Restorative Yoga & Meditation

Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating yoga session. Relax, unwind, and destress with community for an hour class of gentle, restorative yoga. Slowly work through all of the muscles in the body, and spend more time in stillness than usual. Cool down in the present moment and take all the time you need as you rest into your meditative state with the comfort of surrounding props.

A vinyasa flow sequence connects breath and movement to music. Expect to do vinyasas and Sun Salutations while working from side to side. This practice creates heat in the body and can be taught at a faster pace than other styles. Classes are always different and a variety of postures are used to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating restorative asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles, typically 3-5 mins. This class is a good place to start if you are a beginner, and looking for relaxation. Yin Yoga stretches and targets the deep connective tissues between muscles, improves flexibility, and increases circulation.
