STUDIO, SEASONAL & VIRTUAL CLASSES: You can book up to 10 mins before a session. You can reschedule and cancel up to 12 hrs in advance on a Class Pass or Membership online or via the BBY App. Unfortunately, if you are looking to cancel with less than 12 hrs in advance or are a no show, the class credit is nonrefundable. If you are scheduled to attend and not within cancellation time frame, please still notify BBY.
If it is raining, this class will be held indoors at the closest rainout location and live streamed on virtual. You will be given at least 1 hr notice via SMS. If the class is unable to be brought indoor you will receive a reschedule date.
If you are sick or unwell, please notify us before hand. If you are not within the cancellation policy, a doctors note may be provided for return of credit.
PROGRAMS, EVENTS, SERIES, & WORKSHOP: If you are trying to book with less than 24 hrs before start time, please call or SMS to notify BBY. You can reschedule and cancel up to 24 hrs in advance. Unfortunately, no shows are nonrefundable. If you are scheduled to attend and not within cancellation time frame, please still notify BBY.

Program Fees: 1st 25% deposits are non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel your trip, if there is someone else willing to take your spot once the retreat is full you are able to transfer the funds into their name and have them pay you based on application and approval from BBY. Payments after the 1st 25% deposit (2nd, 3rd, and fluctuating 4th) are transferable to the person taking your spot.
Accommodation at The Stonehouse: 1st 50% deposit is non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel your trip, if there is someone else willing to take your spot once the retreat is full you are able to transfer the room into their name and have them pay you based on application and approval from BBY. The remaining payment after the 2nd 50% is transferable to the person taking your spot.
Flights: Flights are 100% non-refundable. Changes are permitted prior to departure – and differences in fare & taxes will apply. Insurance is available for purchase and a quote can be given upon request.
Unfortunately there are no refunds, transfers, or extensions on Class Passes or Packs.

Recurring Memberships consist of all plans that are on auto renewal with a set amount of months (4 or 12 month plans). These plans can not be refunded during a billing cycle. If you are no longer able to continue your recurring membership, you may request a transfer to a friend or family member. You may not put your recurring membership on hold more than twice, and no less than 1 week (7 days) at a time for either 4 month of 12 month plans. Suspensions for vacation are as follows:
4 Month Plans - 1 week of suspension allowed
12 Month Plans - 4 weeks of suspension allowed
If you are sick or unwell, please notify us right away. We are unable to go back in time and suspend the recurring membership or extend. A doctors note may be required to put your plan on hold for long periods of time.
If you need to cancel your recurring membership due to relocation, unable to attend, change in hobby, financial reasons, there is a fee. You will be charged the discount already provided for the classes attended. The difference between your plan and the next relevant plan (for less time) is what you are charged for cancelling early as it was already provided to you in discounts. Every scenario is different depending on how many classes you have taken and for how long you have been on your plan. Please contact email@example.com if you need to cancel your plan.
