A morning/evening gentle flow sequence created using beginner postures and simple transitions. Join the fun environment with a group of individuals holding postures to strengthen and awaken the muscles, and also hold in deep stretches to relax muscle tissue leaving you feeling calm, restored, and ready for the week ahead. Beginners welcome as modifications are always given.

This quick & effective class is designed to elevate your heart rate with cardio, core, strength & stretch tracks. This training will push your whole body toward achieving your goals. Wear running shoes and clear some space to move to the beat of the music. If you have hand weights have them ready but minimal to no equipment is required to participate.



Fun and upbeat traditional tabata HIIT format. Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Many modifications, progressions, and regressions will be offered for every exercise catering to all abilities and levels of fitness.
