The 31 Day Challenge is intended to get you on track to better your health, wellness, and fitness for the New Year. Start 2026 with your mind, body, and spirit as top priority. The 31 Day Challenge has two parts: • Online Portion - 31 Day Challenge Program (Health and Wellness Tip & Journal Reflection Entries) • Taking Classes in Studio or Online The online portion gives you a challenge everyday where you will learn a helpful tip for better health and wellness and be given a task (5-10 minutes daily) to keep you on track. Join BBY for both the 31 Day Challenge Program online portion and by taking classes, or take on the challenge of just one portion! Each day you will have the opportunity to surprise yourself, that anything is possible. Rewards: For the month of January, every class you take gets you a ballot into the draw to win a free Monthly Membership in February! If you do 30 days of classes, your ballots are doubled to 60 and the chances are in your favour! (One missed day allowed). But remember, it only takes one to win! Badges are added to your file after the 31 Day Challenge for participation, completion, or 5th year completion.
