Use the pilates ball in your Barre and Pilates class. Strengthen and tone by doing squeezing execises and also using the ball for support behind the lower back for core moves.

    Pilates Ball comes in 2 sizes, 22cm and 24cm. The 24cm will give you more support when using behind lower back for core workouts where as the 22cm would be more challenging.

  • Wash/Dry

    Spray with yoga mat cleaner or natural solution and wipe with cloth. Let air dry.
