Do I need experience?

Not at all! Most of our students start as beginners.

Can I attend outdoor and studio classes?

Yes! Your intro includes outdoor, studio & online classes.

Can I choose my start date?

Absolutely. Start your 14 days whenever you're ready. During the purchase period, you'll be asked to pick your start date.

Just a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear something comfy. If you're at the beach class, is it best to bring a large beach blanket or towel for under your yoga mat to protect from the sand. One can also be purchased HERE - BBY Beach Blanket

Is this beginner friendly?

Very! We welcome all levels and all bodies.

What happens if it rains?

Mother Nature makes the call! All classes have a rainout location and classes still run. You'll be asked via SMS 1 hr before if you'd like to join a) in studio, b) online
